Police lieutenant helps students dish up safety in dorm kitchens
October 26, 2016
IUPD Lt. Steven Miller works to keep IU Southeast students safe by offering tips on how to cook without setting off fire alarms in residence halls. Miller has been with IUPD Southeast for over a decade and each semester he teaches students how to make cheap, basic dishes like pancakes and seven-layer dip.
This cooking program at IU Southeast not only helps to keep students safe, it’s also an opportunity for law enforcement to connect with students on campus. Bon appétit!
